Vendor Management: Sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers for catering, entertainment, AV equipment, decor, and other services. Logistics Coordination: Managing all logistics, including transportation, parking, accommodations, and setup/takedown of equipment and materials. Event Promotion and Marketing: Promoting the event through channels like social media, email, websites, and traditional advertising to attract attendees. Registration and Ticketing: Setting up systems for attendee registration and ticket sales, whether online or in-person, and managing check-in at the event. On-site Coordination: Overseeing event operations on the day, including managing staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling any issues that arise.
